Rare Coalport Ltd Edition Lidded Urn Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee 1953-1977

  
It was manufactured by Coalport China of England and made to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1977. The urn comes in a beautiful cobalt blue ground with rich gold embellishments throughout. The front of the urn shows a beautiful hand painted vignette of Windsor Castle framed by a heavy gold scrolled border. The reverse shows a rich embellished gold design. The lid is topped with a gold pine cone finial and either side are wonderful detailed rams head handles. Beautifully gilded in a rich gold that adds quality to this rare and desirable piece. A limited edition of 200 pieces with this being #75.

It measures 4-1/4 in dia. It comes in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This service although reliable does not come with tracking ability. Tracking is available upon request but at a much higher rate.
